KOZ Products Trefoil TRI ECO Series – lightweight, robust three-cable mount

The KOZ Products Trefoil TRI ECO series offers a compact and cost-effective solution for securely fastening three single- or multi-core cables in a trefoil configuration. With a nominal outer diameter of 24 to 82 mm, this lightweight version provides clean, stable fastening at low short-circuit loads.

Design & Technical Specifications

Material, durability and safety

Made of black, glass fibre reinforced polyamide (PA66) — strong, impact resistant, with excellent chemical and thermal resistance.
Fire safety: self-extinguishing according to UL 94 V0; halogen-free, non-conductive, non-magnetic and without sharp edges.
Resistant to oils, greases, frost, UV, ozone, salt water, salts, acids and aggressive chemicals.

Temperature range & certification

Suitable for temperatures from 80 °C to +120 °C; short-term peak up to +220 °C.
Certified according to NENENIEC 61914, including testing by KEMA, SGS, UL, KU Leuven, Schneider and in accordance with RoHS/REACH guidelines.

Design & installation ease

Consists of two parts: a lower and an upper shell with integrated nut chambers — this makes mounting simple and safe.
Both clamp halves have two mounting holes for threaded rods or bolts. The bottom also has a central mounting hole for added mounting flexibility.
