KOZ Products Single ST series – reliable fastening for individual cables

Of KOZ Products Single ST-serie is specifically designed to safely and efficiently secure single-core and multi-core electrical cables. These two-piece cable clamps — suitable for cable diameters of11 to 160 mm— combine ease of use, durability and security in one versatile solution.

KOZ Products Single Series Cable Clamps

The ST series is suitable for mounting single- and multiple-conductor low- medium- and high voltage cables with a nominal outer diameter of 11 up to 160 mm.

Design & Technical Specifications

Smart, Two-piece Design for Easy Installation

Each ST clamp consists of a top and bottom part. When assembled, the mounting nuts fit neatly into the integrated chambers in the top shell, ensuring quick, secure, and precise installation.

Extended Cable Diameters and Exceptional Clamping Force

Available for cable diameters of 11–17 until 120–160 mm, with clamping forces up to 85kN— depending on the type.

Robust material and safety

KOZ Single ST clamps are manufactured from black, glass-fiber reinforced polyamide (PA66). This material is strong, impact-resistant, and can withstand extreme conditions—think high temperatures, UV radiation, oils, acids, and even nuclear radiation.

Halogen-free

Halogen-free, self-extinguishing (UL 94 V-0), non-magnetic, non-conductive, and without sharp edges

Extensive resistance

Extensive resistance to oils, heat, frost, UV, ozone, salt water and aggressive chemicals

Certifications & reliability

The ST series is tested and certified according to the international NEN-EN-IEC 61914 standard, which guarantees mechanical and short-circuit resistance. KOZ conducts additional quality tests at KEMA, SGS, UL, and KU Leuven, which confirms their reliability.

Easy installation with flexible mounting options

With two mounting holes, the ST clamps can be quickly mounted on various surfaces — from cable trays to wall mounts. The clear torque specification of 5–8 Nm ensures quick and secure anchoring.
