Design & technical details

Two-piece design with extra attachment

Like the ST series, the STC clamps consist of a top and bottom shell, but also feature an additional central mounting hole. This makes them ideal for mounting on masts, poles, or concrete – without compromising stability.

Cable diameter and clamping force

The STC series can be used with cable diameters of 21–38 mm, 36–52 mm, 46–75 mm, 72–100 mm, 100–130 mm, and 120–160 mm. The maximum clamping force is approximately 70,000 N for the larger types.

Sustainable material and certification

The STC clamps are made of black, fiberglass-reinforced polyamide (PA66). Features include:

Corrosion resistant, flame retardant, UV resistant, resistant to oil, acids, salt water and high short-circuit currents.
Temperature range: continuously from 80 °C to +120 °C, with peaks up to +220 °C.
Safe and reliable: halogen-free, no sharp edges, self-extinguishing according to UL 94 V0, non-magnetic and non-conductive.

The STC series is certified according to NENENIEC 61914 and meets stricter quality requirements from KEMA, SGS, UL and KU Leuven, among others.

Ease of installation & versatility

The STC clamps combine a robust design with mounting flexibility. The three mounting holes—including the central one—increase mounting options for various surfaces.
