KOZ Products Universal Series – versatile cable mounting in layers or trefoil configurations

The KOZ Products Universal series, which includes the UNI and UNI TRI clamps, offers a flexible and robust solution for safely securing low-, medium-, and high-voltage cables in both flat and trefoil arrangements. The UNI clamps consist of a single housing that serves as both the top and bottom shell, making them ideal for cables installed side by side or on top of each other.

The UNI TRI clamps allow nine or twelve cables to be clustered in a triangular arrangement (3×3 or 4×3 per layer), which saves space and provides an efficient cable structure in limited installation space

The UNI clamp is designed for simple layered cable installations and consists of a single component that forms both the top and bottom. This modular solution can be quickly installed in multiple layers for side-by-side cable configurations.

UNI TRI series – space-efficient and compact

The UNI TRI variant offers the possibility to place cables in a compact trefoil arrangement (3×3 or 4×3 per layer), which is particularly useful where there is high cable density or limited space.

Developed for extreme use — durable, safe and maintenance-free

KOZ Universal clamps are made of black, fiberglass-reinforced polyamide (PA66). This material offers excellent chemical and mechanical resistance and is resistant to oils, UV light, saltwater, aggressive chemicals, and even nuclear radiation.

The clamps are halogen-free, self-extinguishing according to UL 94 V0, have no sharp edges, are non-magnetic, non-conductive and come with a lifetime warranty.

They have been tested and certified according to strict standards such as NENENIEC 61914:2016, with accreditation from bodies such as KEMA, SGS, UL and KU Leuven.

The permitted temperature ranges are from 80 °C to +120 °C for continuous use, with short peak loads up to +220 °C.
